Your ticket reservation serves as a binding agreement between you, the buyer, and Air Tix US LLC, governed by the following terms and conditions:

Air Tix US LLC, also referred to as AirTix.xyz, operates solely as a travel agency and does not own or manage any independent service providers. It partners with a variety of transportation and service providers to offer flight-related products and services. Through our direct connections with major airlines, we can assist with booking or modifying your flights.
Air Tix US LLC is not accountable for these accommodations and holds no authority to guarantee their quality. The airline service providers have their own policies governing travel bookings. Any legal claims or actions must be directed to the service provider, not Air Tix US LLC.
Important Conditions: Prices are subject to change until full payment is made. Once payment is completed, prices will not increase unless there is a rise in taxes or additional fees, which you agree to accept.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that most flight reservations are non-refundable, and cancellations may result in penalties. These penalties can include the total cost of the flight booking, regardless of whether the flight occurred. If Air Tix US LLC incurs a cancellation fee due to a change in your reservation, you agree to cover the associated costs.
Unless stated otherwise, trip reservations must be canceled at least 60 days before the departure date. Certain services may require full payment at the time of booking. Air Tix US LLC accepts credit and debit cards as payment methods. To authorize Air Tix US LLC to charge your credit or debit card, you may be required to review and sign a credit card authorization form.
Purchases Made with Credit or Debit Cards: Air Tix US LLC is not responsible if a flight service provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon services. By using a credit or debit card for your purchase, you agree not to seek a refund from Air Tix US LLC in such cases.
If your debit or credit card details have been shared with the airline and you seek a refund, you agree to take full responsibility. You also agree not to hold Air Tix US LLC accountable for any chargebacks issued by the provider. Additionally, Air Tix US LLC is not liable for any airline debit memos charged to its account.
You agree to cover any costs, including legal fees, incurred by Air Tix US LLC in recovering funds credited back by your credit or debit card provider. If your credit or debit card is declined, you agree to settle any outstanding fees with Air Tix US LLC through cash or money order.
Air Tix US LLC recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations or potential accidents during your flight. However, any descriptions of insurance coverage provided by Air Tix US LLC are not offers or guarantees.
Air Tix US LLC is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for any insurance claims filed, processed, or resolved. Any insurance claims covered under a flight insurance policy must be directed to the insurer specified in the policy.
TRAVEL PROVIDERS, INCLUDING HOTELS AND CAR RENTAL COMPANIES, MAY APPLY ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES THAT CANNOT BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP.
Air Tix US LLC is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your flight bookings. However, neither Air Tix US LLC nor its affiliates own or operate the businesses providing services related to your travel. Our partners act as independent contractors and are not employees of Air Tix US LLC or its subsidiaries.
You agree that Air Tix US LLC is not responsible for any errors made by third parties. Additionally, Air Tix US LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities. Flight delays are also beyond the responsibility of Air Tix US LLC.
Air Tix US LLC is not accountable for any issues affecting individuals or their property due to illness, natural disasters, civil disturbances, or terrorist acts.
You agree that Air Tix US LLC is not responsible for any misconduct, overbooking, lack of availability, technical issues, or other problems related to airlines or other transportation providers. Furthermore, Air Tix US LLC is not liable for transportation delays, including departures or arrivals that do not occur as scheduled.
Additionally, amenities such as heating and air conditioning in hotels, trains, and buses outside the United States may not meet American standards. Delays due to scheduling issues, adverse weather, or other unavoidable circumstances may require additional time, and you will be responsible for covering your own lodging, transportation, and meal expenses.
Baggage remains the sole responsibility of the owner. The presence of Air Tix US LLC’s name or logo on vehicles, signage, or other locations does not imply ownership by the company.
Flight fares are determined by current currency exchange rates and may change at any time without prior notice. In cases where liability cannot be avoided, your responsibility is limited to the cost of the flight. You agree that Air Tix US LLC is not responsible for any associated losses or damages.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
All travelers departing from the United States must possess a valid passport. Ensure your passport remains valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date. It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary travel documents, including a passport, visa, and any other required permits.
Your travel documentation must meet the requirements set by immigration authorities and government officials at all destinations. It is your duty to secure travel documents authorized by the United States Department of State and to obtain approval for these documents from the relevant authorities of your destination country to determine the visas and additional paperwork needed for entry.
You are responsible for any fees, penalties, or fines resulting from travel documents that fail to meet government authority requirements.
IDENTIFICATION
Starting October 1, 2021, state-issued IDs or driver’s licenses used for domestic travel within the United States must comply with the REAL ID Act. If you are unsure whether your ID meets REAL ID requirements, consult your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles or visit www.tsa.gov/real-id.
TRANSIT DOCUMENTS
Transit documents include airline tickets, hotel vouchers, travel certificates, and other proof of travel required to complete transactions with service providers.
These documents may come with specific limitations and restrictions, such as being non-refundable or non-transferable. Other restrictions may include the inability to modify travel dates. Additionally, transit documents may be confiscated at any time and cannot be used by anyone other than the authorized individual.
All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passenger authorized to use them. Reservations made under incorrect or unauthorized names will be canceled and deemed invalid. If you do not inform Air Tix US LLC of any errors in names, dates, or times at the time of booking, you will be held responsible.
Air Tix US LLC strongly recommends verifying your flights 24 hours prior to departure.
Flight Confirmation
Air Tix US LLC strongly recommends that customers confirm their flight schedules directly with the airline before departure. Passengers should check in at least two hours before departure for domestic flights. For international flights, it is highly recommended to check in at least three hours before the scheduled departure time and arrive at the gate no later than 30 minutes prior to departure.
Failure to follow this advice may result in your seat being reassigned to another passenger.
SERVICE REFUSAL
Service providers reserve the right to deny services, including boarding, at their discretion. This may occur if a passenger is under the influence of controlled substances, lacks the required documentation to enter their destination country, or behaves in an unprofessional or disrespectful manner. Air Tix US LLC is not responsible for any failure by a service provider to fulfill its obligations.
Air Tix US LLC is dedicated to protecting your personal information and treating it as confidential.
ELECTRONIC OR WRITTEN SIGNATURE
By providing an electronic or handwritten signature, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Air Tix US LLC. Your actions confirm your acceptance of these terms. You agree to pay the associated fees and utilize the services provided by Air Tix US LLC and any other service providers linked to your reservation.
All such methods will be considered as your consent to and acceptance of this agreement, binding both parties to its terms and conditions.
